By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable:
Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred. Highland Hideaway Experiences prioritizes the health and safety of our guests, volunteers, and staff. We adhere to a strict health and safety management system and follow our COVID-19 safety plan, complying with government guidelines.
2. Agreement Confirmation:
By placing your order, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Changes to Events:
While we strive to honor all bookings, Highland Hideaway Experiences reserves the right to change events, schedules, or services without prior notice. We are not responsible for any costs incurred by travelers due to cancellations or changes.
4. Weather and Other Conditions:
Farm tours are subject to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. If we are unable to conduct a tour on the scheduled date, we will offer a date transfer.
5. Safety Concerns:
If any safety issues arise, Highland Hideaway Experiences reserves the right to halt tours and services immediately.
6. Experience Limitations:
Due to the remote nature of our location:
– We do not have facilities for highchairs, prams, or bottle warming.
– Prams and wheelchairs are not permitted.
7. Child Policy:
Children under 5 years must be accompanied by a paying adult at a ratio of 1:1. Children aged 5-12 may be accompanied by one adult at a ratio of 3:1.
8. Personal Items:
We do not have secure storage for personal belongings. Please avoid bringing valuables, as we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
9. Prohibited Activities:
Alcohol and smoking are not allowed on the property.
10. Photography and Media:
Occasionally, Highland Hideaway Experiences or authorized parties may take photos or videos on-site, which may include visitors. By booking, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials indefinitely. Copyright for these materials remains with Highland Hideaway Experiences or the authorized party.
11. Admission Rights:
Highland Hideaway Experiences reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the property for:
– Non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
– Criminal offenses that may disrupt the experience of others.
– Inappropriate behavior that affects other visitors.
– Threatening or abusive language or actions.
– Ignoring safety instructions or engaging in behavior that endangers others or animals.
12. Liability Waiver:
In consideration of being allowed entry to the property for the Activity, I waive all claims for liability against Highland Hideaway Experiences and its employees or volunteers (“the Releasees”). This includes any liability for death, personal injury, or property damage arising from my participation.
13. Acknowledgment of Terms:
– I agree to follow the instructions of staff and volunteers.
– I understand this waiver of my legal rights.
– This waiver applies to all future activities I participate in.
– If I purchase a ticket for a child, I accept legal responsibility for them and consent to their release from liability. I will ensure they understand and follow all safety instructions.
